In May 1999 my wall hanging called "Icebound" was juried into the CQA/ACC ,NJS held in
Charlottetown as part of Quilt PEI 1999.
This piece was a depiction of my grandfathers vessel stuck in the ice in Alberton harbour in
1908. As our house overlooks this harbour I really felt compelled to make this hanging and I
enjoyed making it.
